Recently upgraded units with good sized balcony. Great setting, right by the town square, the town centre and the beaches, and the many bars.

Modest and hospitable hotel overlooking street, we had a good experience here. The location was marvellous - so close to the restaurant venezuela-excellent seafood, the Murcia airport and the beach and the town centre. We spent 10 nights in guest room. Bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was quick.

Some people working there were sullen.

It was clean, breakfast was great. The location was exceptionally nice quite away from the sea front and met standards. Enjoyed every minute of being there, recommend.

The staff were amazing! Friendly, professional, and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Well-equipped with toiletries. Excellent location with great views. Lovely rooftop facilities.

Food was very good and there was plenty of choice. We had breakfast and one evening had dinner in the hotel - good value with 10%off for residents and a bottle of wine thrown in.

Although the hotel is within walking distance of the beach, there is not an awful lot open midweek at this time of year- however more bars / restaurants opened at the weekend.

Here we stayed adjacent to mud baths. Location is good!

The breakfast was great with the fried eggs sitting for up to 20 minutes in the warmer and all the food was outstanding.

Located in a lively section of town, the hotel is situated on the main strip, creating a buzzing atmosphere for guests who enjoy nightlife. Quick and easy access down to the beach for a day out in the sun. The cafe in the hotel provides good value for money if you're in the mood to stay in for breakfast.

The hotel lacks proper air conditioning in the rooms, which may be a problem for some guests who require a cooler sleeping atmosphere.

Staff were not informative, there is no spa in the hotel nor hair salon as advertised,Liked the hotel, just was not happyt about having to find out ourselves were to go. Restaurant were advertising complimentary wine for dinner but staff were charging for wine would recommend going out to eat . Breakfast was lovely but last day there seemed to be nothing left no inclination to replace what was gone though we were not the last it was still early....

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff in all areas were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The facilities were exactly what we expected from a 4-star hotel, providing a luxurious and comfortable experience. The buffet-style breakfast and evening meal offered a wide range of delicious options, suiting all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the pleasant restaurant, which overlooked the beautiful sea front. The location of the hotel was also convenient as it was not far from restaurants near the seafront. we were highly satisfied with the level of service and the quality of the amenities provided at this venue.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Location to St Javier Airport and the main road system. It is also close to great Beaches. The roof terrace bar is a good place to relax*. Food is good, but little different to other hotels in the area (like the Barcello)

Hotel was very comfortable, cool and well presented. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice and fresh. Beds were usual hotel standard - a bit hard - but ok. Aircon good in room, and a fridge too. Pool bar on roof excellent - good for snacks and somewhere to sit that was lovely and cool. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Hotel is a fair walk from the beach/restaurants - about 20 mins. Not a very good range of restaurants around - mostly fast food etc.

Our recent stay at Hotel Traina was excellent value for money. The room we stayed in was not only nicer and quieter this time, but also had improved water pressure. The easy parking outside was a convenient bonus. We requested a sea view and were pleasantly surprised to find that our balcony offered just that, despite being away from the seafront. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. When I accidentally left my gold ring behind, they promptly found it and kept it safe until I could retrieve it the next day. Their honesty impressed me. The hotel facilities were clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a lovely walk-in shower. The reasonable price and proximity to bars and restaurants make this hotel highly recommendable. I will definitely be returning in the future.

While our stay at Hotel Traina was delightful, I do have one suggestion to enhance the breakfast experience. It would be great if there was a greater variety of tea and coffee options available in the room.

The hotel is always clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful, it is an ideal location for relaxing, with many restaurants and shops at hand. The bedrooms are really comfortable. A very good hotel, worthy of the 4 stars

Bring back the waiter service in the restaurant and increase the number of english tv channels in the bedrooms
